The AGON AGK700 stands out visually with its multitude of extra keys. In particular, the red volume control knob immediately catches the eye thanks to its size and central placement on the top and offers the possibility of intuitive control over the volume. Each of three red illuminated function keys can be found to the left and right. Media and lighting can be controlled conveniently and quickly via these. The aluminum top plate gives the keyboard a high-quality feel and a robust appearance. 

The range of functions has also been expanded with five dedicated macro keys on the left side. With these, preferred key or action sequences can be quickly and easily programmed and activated at the touch of a button to gain advantages when gaming. There is a USB 2.0 passthrough on the back for easy connection of additional devices.  

In addition, AGON by AOC ships the keyboard with a removable, softly padded wrist rest covered in faux leather to minimize wrist strain. The magnetic attachment ensures that the rest can be attached or removed flexibly and in seconds. To further enhance comfort, fold-out rubberized feet are integrated into the back to change the tilt angle of the keyboard. 

Since the AGON AGK700 is primarily aimed at gamers, AGON by AOC also integrates all relevant technologies. The integrated n-key rollover ensures that all keystrokes are registered correctly - no matter how many keys you press simultaneously, all inputs arrive reliably. Combined with the anti-ghosting feature, this also ensures that only the keys that are actually pressed are transmitted to the system and not neighboring keys.

The MX RGB Red offers a linear, smooth switching characteristic that requires only 45 centiNewtons of operating force to actuate, making them ideal for quick typing. 

The AGON AGK700 also features single-key RGB lighting that can be synchronized with selected AGON by AOC monitors and other gaming gear, provided they support "Light FX". Instead of synchronization, it is also possible to program custom colors and effects via the intuitive "G-Menu" software or in real-time via the extra buttons on the top of the AGON AGK700. Other functions of the application include key programming, macro management, and profile management.
